We envision individuals, communities and ultimately the world transformed through the person, principles and power of Jesus.

Our Strategy

Our strategy is to replicate the ministry approach that Jesus implemented with His disciples by raising up mature, Christ centered leaders to transform hearts, communities and ultimately the world through the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus modeled effective mentoring as He trained His disciples how to have a healthy relationship with Him, His Father, and one another. Following His example, our first priority is to disciple ourselves and ensure that we have a vibrant relationship with God. From the place of abiding connection with Jesus, we engage in life-on-life discipleship relationships with others, empowering them to be vessels of God’s love and healing to youth in DC, and to the communities where God has called them.
